Corporate Cultural + Branding

Your culture is reflected in the business lifestyle of your employees.

Great People Working Together
Make a Great Company.

Capturing the character and tone of your culture makes a great photograph. Sharing the vibe of your company not only speaks to the heart of your customers, but helps you recruit top talent. Your expertise, creativity, and talent bring it all together into a great brand.

You need people who will listen to your ideas and share some of their own to help you achieve your goals. In my 35 years as a commercial photographer, I've learned my most important job is helping you communicate your brand.

I follow a three-step plan on all my photoshoots:

  1. Pre Production

    1. We begin with you explaining your goals, your message, and your creative vision.

    2. I'll share my thoughts and feelings about how I can help you succeed. (I have opinions and I'm not afraid to share them.)

    3. We'll work up a shot plan and production schedule together.

  2. Production

    1. Once we've got all our ducks in a row we execute our plan, adapting to the demands of the moment, but never losing sight of our vision.

    2. I'll lend you the benefits of my project management skills and logistical expertise.

    3. We'll get the job done right the first time while making sure everyone has a good time.

  3. Post Production

    1. We'll review the finals, select the ones that speak most clearly.

    2. We'll consult on finishing to maintain your brand consistency.

    3. I'll deliver high res photos ready for your website, press releases, and social media.

    4. You get great ROI on your marketing, a bonus, and praise from everyone for being so darn good at your job. (Then you need to figure out how you're going to top this one.)
